Rustic and Refined Hearth Inspired Cuisine from the Pacific Northwest

Rooted in the flavors of the Pacific Northwest, Salt Harvest brings hearth-inspired cooking to the table. Open flame, smoke, and char shape a menu built around fresh seafood, locally grown produce, and sustainably sourced meats. Small plates invite sharing, while bold, comforting entrées highlight the depth of each ingredient. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it offers an experience of honest flavors, good company, and food that feels both timeless and full of character. Salt Harvest is located on the ground floor of Populus Seattle, a boutique hotel in the heart of Pioneer Square. The restaurant is open to hotel guests and the public

Parties of 8 or more, please contact us directly at hosts@populusseattle.com to reserve. Our private dining room is also available for meetings and dinners, accommodating groups of up to 16.

Discounted parking is available for our restaurant guests. Salt Harvest diners receive up to 3 hours of parking priced at $18.56.

What are Salt Harvest's hours of operation?

Salt Harvest serves breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 11 AM in the Dining Room, and lunch Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM in the Bar (no reservations needed). Brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM in the Dining Room. Dinner is served daily from 5 PM to 10 PM. The Salt Harvest Lounge is open daily from 3 PM to 10 PM.
